Chris DeTray

Chris is a Kansas native who has lived and worked in Nashville for 22 years, first as a touring artist and then as an artist manager. Chris' deepest passion is to help artists find their original voice so that they can create their most authentic art. 

He has worked on successfully elevating the careers of his artists, bringing a focused sense of care and individuality to each project. After working as an artist manager at BE Music Management, Chris started Reservoir Artist Management where he’s worked with nationally acclaimed artists including Dave Barnes, All Sons & Daughters, Matt Wertz and Sandra McCracken, and Tyson Motsenbocker. 

In addition to his work in artist management, Chris brings his expertise into the non-profit realm, serving as the Executive Director of The Fold.  Chris and his wife Brea currently reside in Brentwood, TN with their three children.
